Behavior Specialists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Above & Beyond, you will implement personalized ABA therapy programs to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities gain critical skills. Working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will provide direct 1:1 intervention based on the individualized treatment plans they develop.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is a trained and certified professional who implements applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The key roles of a BCaBA include conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, implementing ABA techniques, collecting data, training others, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers/professionals to provide ABA services to clients.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will play a critical role in overseeing and directing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Your core responsibilities will involve comprehensive behavioral assessments, development of function-based treatment interventions, ongoing data analysis, and collaboration with families and other professionals to enable your clients to succeed.
